Our Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed to accelerate your development through immersive, hands-on experience across key areas of our business. Over 24 months, you’ll rotate through multiple teams, gaining exposure to both the core fundamentals of banking and the strategic innovation that drives our digital future.

What You Will Do?
Learn about EQ Bank's everyday banking, lending, payment, and digital banking products.
Support business initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience and digital banking capabilities.
Participate in projects involving product development, process improvement, or business analysis.

Year 1: Building the Fundamentals (Months 1–12) – Core Rotations
You'll build a strong foundation in banking through rotations across EQ's core businesses, with exposure to both Personal Banking and Commercial Banking. During these rotations, you'll gain hands-on experience, develop business acumen, and build an understanding of how different parts of the bank work together to deliver value to customers.

Year 2: Applying Knowledge to Solve Complex Problems (Months 13–24) – Elective Rotations
Building on the banking fundamentals developed through your core rotations, you'll have the opportunity to tailor your experience through elective rotations aligned to your interests, strengths, and career aspirations. Elective rotations may include areas such as:
Digital Banking & Product
Help shape the future of banking through product innovation, customer experience enhancements, market research, and digital transformation initiatives.
Corporate Development & Strategy
Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives, strategic planning, and business growth opportunities while developing skills in analysis, problem-solving, and executive-level communication.
Risk Management
Develop an understanding of how financial institutions balance growth and innovation with sound risk management through exposure to risk analytics, governance, reporting, and regulatory practices.
Data & Analytics
Leverage data to solve business problems, generate actionable insights, and support decision-making through reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
Operations, Marketing & Customer Experience
Support initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, customer experience, and business performance while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Other Enabling Functions
Gain exposure to the functions that support and enable EQ's growth through projects focused on business performance, technology, transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
After 24 months of rotations, following your end-of-program review, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role that aligns with your strengths, interests, and long-term career aspirations.
