Essential Responsibilities:
- Leads Regional Service Delivery teams who are responsible for the quality delivery of multiple payroll processes, time & attendance, and related services for a region. Define immediate and future support needs, service models and operational frameworks. Manages payroll queries from employees, managers and HRM's in a timely, and professional manner. Correctly administers payroll processes. Manages service delivery metrics in relation to outsourced payroll.
- Oversees the management, documentation and communication of regional payroll programs, policies, and procedures.
- Manage the payroll process including the calculation of wages, deductions, and payment of employees’ wages
- Ensures appropriate definition of payroll schedules, reconciliations, special processing planning and documentation of business and local requirements.
- Monitor regional government regulations and changes in labor law which may affect payroll processes
- Manage regional employee records such as tax documents and employee files
- Oversee and review preparation of reconciliations and reports
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college + Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a large payroll function.

- Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise with payroll systems; Workday payroll experience strongly preferred
- Experience with time and attendance systems, ideally in manufacturing environments

The base pay range for this position is $136,000 - $226,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on September 20th, 2026.
