Your Impact:
As a Solutions Engineer Leader, you will drive the technical sales strategy to align Cisco’s architectures with the evolving needs of our customers. You will lead, coach, and inspire a team of Solutions Engineers to achieve operational excellence and consistent quota attainment.
- Strategic Leadership: Translate high-level corporate goals into actionable, locally relevant sales initiatives that drive market expansion and revenue growth.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with CXOs, Directors, and key IT stakeholders to understand business goals and identify cross-architecture opportunities, dedicating up to 25% of your time to strategic customer and partner interactions.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee technical sales management for the region, ensuring seamless collaboration across business units to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Team Development: Provide regular coaching and foster an environment of innovation, ensuring your team is equipped to handle complex sales cycles and high-value competitive deals.
- Market Intelligence: Leverage installed base insights and market trends to identify new opportunities and refine account planning, ensuring Cisco remains at the forefront of the industry.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of managing technical sales initiatives within a regional or country-level scope.
- Experience engaging with high-level stakeholders (CXOs, Directors) and managing complex, long-term sales cycles.
- Turkish speaker is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of Cisco’s architecture portfolio and the competitive landscape in the Turkey market.
- Expertise in driving cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, CX, and Partner organizations.
- Strong analytical skills to translate market intelligence into actionable account strategies.
