Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Regional Sales Leader to join our Service Provider (SP) team in Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Cisco’s market share within the Indonesian telecommunications sector. You will serve as both a strategic architect for our Service Provider accounts and a coach to your team, fostering a culture of excellence, mentorship, and collaborative innovation to deliver transformative networking and cloud solutions.
What You'll Do
- Team Development & Mentorship: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth through proactive mentorship, performance coaching, and talent development.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique requirements of the Indonesian telecommunications and service provider landscape to drive revenue and market share.

- Experience: Extensive experience in B2B technology/telecommunications sales, with a proven, multi-year track record of leading, managing, and developing high-performing sales teams. Experience in handling service provider clients on the network side in Indonesia mandatory.
- Market Expertise: Demonstrated, deep understanding of the Indonesian telecommunications market, including the regulatory environment and key industry players.
- Indonesia Market Presence: Given the highly relationship-driven nature of the role and the need to engage senior stakeholders across Indonesia’s telecommunications industry, candidates with deep, hands-on experience in the Indonesian service provider market and an established local network are strongly preferred.
