CSCS TXKey Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary and lead administrator for the Xactly Incent platform.
Configure, maintain, and enhance Xactly to support changing compensation plans, rules, and organizational structures.
Partner closely with HRIS, Finance, Payroll, and IT to ensure data alignment, accuracy, and process integrity.
Manage data integration between Xactly and internal systems (HRIS, CRM, Payroll, Finance)
Monitor and audit data quality, system performance, and calculation accuracy.
Troubleshoot and resolve system or data issues related to incentive calculations and payouts.
Generate and distribute regular reports and dashboards for compensation insights.
Lead testing and implementation of new compensation plans, system enhancements, and upgrades.
Coordinate the work of others supporting Xactly-related activities to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
Provide end-user support through issue resolution, training, and development of user documentation/job aids.
Maintain detailed documentation of processes, system configurations, and system changes for audit and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience administering Xactly Incent or similar compensation platforms.
Strong understanding of incentive compensation models, sales operations, and data governance.
Proficiency in working with large datasets, data validation, and reconciliation.
Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and Workday integration is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across departments/functions.
Highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a high-volume, distributed workforce environment
Xactly certification or completion of official training programs.
Familiarity with incentive plan rollout, change management, and end-user training.
