We are looking for a talented Web Designer with a strong focus on HTML, CSS, and Core JavaScript to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be based in Ahmedabad and have a proven track record of creating visually appealing and user-friendly web designs.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, Mentor, and Manage a team of Front end Developers.
- Design and develop web pages that are visually appealing and highly functional.
- Create responsive designs ensuring compatibility across various devices and browsers.
- Implement and maintain CSS-heavy projects, ensuring best practices and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality results.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize web design for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure consistency in designs and align them with the company’s branding guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Developer or similar role with a minimum of 5+ years.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS,SCSS,JavaScript
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
- Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or Sketch.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries Reactjs.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
