Job Summary

We're looking for a Frontend Developer to join the AI Firewall product team. We're building a first-of-its-kind AI Firewall to protect applications that use Large Language Models (LLMs). As a Frontend Developer, you'll own and develop the user-facing interfaces that manage policies, visualize real-time traffic, display security insights, and orchestrate AI Firewall configurations.

You will work closely with backend engineers, security researchers, and architects to turn complex security concepts and threat data into intuitive, responsive UI experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.
• Build dashboards and visualizations for real-time request inspection, policies, threat detections, and system health.
• Implement responsive UI components aligned with the product’s design system.
• Integrate with backend REST and streaming APIs (e.g., WebSocket's, SSE).
• Collaborate with UX, security researchers, architects, and backend engineers to design intuitive workflows.
• Ensure high code quality through unit tests, component tests, and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and improve frontend build processes.

Job Knowledge, Skill and Qualifications

• B.E/B.Tech or M.Tech/M.S in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience as a frontend or full-stack developer
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil), and modern frontend tooling
• Experience with UI performance optimization, virtualized rendering, and high-frequency data updates
• Experience delivering production-grade web applications in a fast release-cycle CI/CD environment
• Strong understanding of web fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, browser APIs, networking, security concepts, accessibility
• Good to have:
• Experience building dashboards, analytics, or cybersecurity-related UIs
• Knowledge of LLM application workflows or AI/ML concepts
• Familiarity with protocols such as HTTP, WebSockets, and TLS
• Experience with data visualization libraries (Recharts, D3, ECharts, etc.)
• Understanding of backend fundamentals (REST APIs, microservices)
