Leads treasury technology delivery across Forex, Money Market, Securities, and Derivatives modules using TCS BaNCS. Coordinates business users, functional consultants, vendors, and delivery teams; tracks requirements through production implementation; monitors functional changes, project timelines, risks, and progress; allocates work, conducts reviews, reports to stakeholders, and takes corrective action to ensure successful execution.
