Job Description

As a TPM, Integrations You will play a key role in driving complex integrations projects that require technical expertise and strategic coordination. You will work closely with business, engineering, and IT teams to gather requirements, manage project timelines, and address potential risks. From creating detailed plans to ensuring smooth execution, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

SPOC for Integrations workstream and manage stakeholders at all levels.

Lead the discovery process to gather integration requirements by collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders.

Prepare thorough project documentation, such as kickoff presentations, detailed project schedules/plans, UAT documentation, project trackers, and more.

Develop comprehensive technical design documents, including both high-level

architecture and detailed workflows for integration processes.

Design, develop, and test API collections using tools like Postman to facilitate efficient and reliable integrations.

Translate requirements into actionable tasks, establishing clear dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.

Identify and manage the risks and scope changes by evaluating end-to-end business/IT scenarios and their impact.

Build and configure connectors to enable seamless data transfer and workflow automation across systems.

Write or update Groovy scripts to enhance request and response adaptors as needed.

Unit testing end to end integration solution before handing it to the client and internal stakeholders

Actively participate in the UAT with customer

Act as a L1 support and share the analysis for any given problem statement – e.g. Analyzing API logs to diagnose and resolve connectivity or performance issues effectively.

Collaborate with product teams by providing continuous feed from the field experience to modify and enhance the integrations product

Ensure the timely delivery of integration deliverables, accompanied by detailed handover documentation for smooth transitions to success teams

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Korean

Bachelors / master's degree in engineering / related field or its equivalent.

5+ years of technical Project management experience with demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes and tools.

3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.

Basic understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and integration concepts.

Familiarity with VPN setup, SSL/HTTPS configurations, and certificate management.

Knowledge of scripting languages like Shell or Groovy.

Understanding of networking concepts, including OSI layers.

Experience with MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and SQL databases.

Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman.
