Join JPMorganChase's Core and Foundational Platforms team, where technology at scale powers the firm's most critical infrastructure. This is a place where your ability to drive clarity, connect strategy to execution, and lead through complexity will have real, measurable impact. You'll work alongside some of the most talented engineers, product leaders, and business partners in the industry — with the resources, scope, and visibility to grow your career in meaningful ways. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, bring structure to ambiguity, and are energized by leading transformation at scale, this role is built for you.

As a Lead Technical Program Manager at JPMorganChase within Core and Foundational Platforms, you will serve as a key driver of execution discipline, operating cadence, and organizational effectiveness across a global engineering-led infrastructure organization. You will partner closely with senior engineering leaders, product management, finance, and human resources to translate strategy into coordinated outcomes and ensure delivery progress is visible, actionable, and aligned to the platform's priorities. Your work will directly shape how the organization operates, makes decisions, and delivers impact — across both technical and people dimensions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with platform leadership to run business enablement and transformation priorities, translating strategy into coordinated execution and leading cross-functional projects from definition through delivery
  • Own the operating cadence and preparation for leadership forums, including monthly business reviews, ensuring robust due diligence, clear storytelling, effective challenge, and timely follow-through on decisions and actions
  • Align engineering books of work to strategic priorities and objectives, maintaining integrated roadmaps and tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes in partnership with engineering leads and product owners
  • Lead priority projects and transformation initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, resolving delivery impediments, and providing transparent reporting and escalation to senior leadership
  • Partner with human resources, finance, and business management on resource management, headcount and financial tracking, talent reviews, promotion processes, and organizational communications
  • Create and maintain disciplined processes that support consistent execution, leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to reduce manual effort and improve the speed and quality of analysis, decision support, and communications
  • Prepare data-driven recommendations, executive materials, and concise updates that enable informed decisions and clearly articulate business impact, delivery progress, risks, and required actions
  • Establish and run a structured engagement cadence across global locations, including leadership forums, town halls, site visits, and listening sessions, with clear objectives, ownership, and follow-through
  • Act as a connector across platform teams, surfacing themes, opportunities, and barriers; translating feedback into practical actions; and providing leadership with clear insight into engagement progress and impact
  • Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, risk/assumption/issue/dependency logs, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in program or project management, technology management, consulting, or operations, with increasing scope and responsibility over time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with and present to senior leaders
  • Strong capabilities in resource management, organizational and operational change management, portfolio management, conflict resolution, and risk and controls
  • Proven ability to take complex and ambiguous information and refine it into meaningful content, clear narratives, and actionable plans
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and build strong relationships and partnerships across cross-functional teams at varying levels of seniority
  • Ability to influence, organize, and direct people across various seniorities, teams, and departments without direct authority
