Lead Technical Program Manager
We are seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to join the Data Services group within Business Experimentation & Optimization (BEO), part of Mastercard's Business & Market Insights (B&MI) organization. This role focuses on solving complex data problems and driving delivery across BEO's engineering and analytics teams.
As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating high-impact engineering initiatives that support Mastercard's analytics platforms and data infrastructure. You will lead cross-functional programs, remove blockers, manage risk, and drive alignment across teams and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own the planning and delivery of engineering programs focused on data and analytics infrastructure.
Organize and align cross-functional teams around shared goals, timelines, and priorities.
Identify and remove delivery blockers, manage risks, and ensure program health.
Drive clarity and decision-making across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Lead vendor engagement and integration efforts, ensuring alignment and accountability.
Champion continuous improvement across delivery processes and team operations.
Represent programs to senior leadership, synthesizing progress, risks, and strategic implications.
Mentor and coach TPMs and engineering leads, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.
Qualifications
Proven experience leading large-scale technical programs in data or analytics environments.
Strong organizational, program management and critical thinking skills, with a bias for action and clarity.
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and influence across teams.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery.
Exceptional communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
Experience mentoring program managers and engineering leads.
Ability to drive change and foster collaboration in dynamic environments.
