As a Product Delivery Manager within the Digital Workflow client services space, you will drive efficient, scalable delivery of customer solutions through strong execution, coordination, and operational readiness.
You will oversee intake, dependency management, release planning, and change readiness while aligning product and technology teams, managing risks and controls, and providing transparency through disciplined planning and communication. By removing blockers, adapting to evolving priorities, and driving continuous improvement, you will accelerate delivery across high-impact initiatives. - Lead end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake management, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility assessments, and product performance reporting, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
- Lead change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
- Partner with product, technology, and business stakeholders to align priorities, objectives, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and execution health to ensure predictable outcomes.
