Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and AI-assisted automation to accelerate secure software delivery
  • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform across Azure cloud environments, ensuring scalability, consistency, and governance
  • Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot containerized workloads on Kubernetes (AKS) with a focus on high availability, performance, and resilience
  • Integrate DevSecOps practices into delivery pipelines, including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, compliance validation, and policy enforcement
  • Leverage AI and Generative AI tools to automate operational tasks, optimize release processes, improve incident response, and enhance developer productivity
  • Collaborate with development, cloud architecture, platform engineering, and cybersecurity teams to resolve complex deployment and infrastructure challenges
  • Implement and maintain enterprise monitoring, observability, logging, and alerting solutions using Azure-native and open-source tools
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, platform standardization, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence
  • Support cloud cost optimization, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and platform reliability initiatives

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, including networking, compute, storage, security, and cloud-native services
  • 3+ years of experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar DevOps platforms
  • 3+ years of experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
  • 3+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and container orchestration technologies
  • Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and distributed applications in production environments
  • Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles, including vulnerability management, secrets management, RBAC, policy enforcement, and security automation
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Azure AI Services, OpenAI, or enterprise AI automation platforms

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Relevant certifications such as:
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
    • HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
    • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
  • Experience implementing AI-driven engineering solutions, including intelligent code generation, automated testing, predictive monitoring, operational automation, and AI-powered incident management
  • Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk
  • Experience with cloud security frameworks, compliance standards, and enterprise governance practices
  • Experience supporting large-scale cloud migrations, application modernization, and platform engineering initiatives
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, Go, or JavaScript
