As a Lead Technical Operations Engineer, you'll design and scale the infrastructure that powers real-time, high-impact digital experiences. You'll move beyond traditional operations, building, automating, and coding your way to a more resilient, intelligent, and efficient platform. Working at the intersection of DevOps, SRE, and emerging AI tooling, you'll drive how we evolve our infrastructure into a modern, engineering-led ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure, establishing resilient patterns that improve performance, availability, and efficiency
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code and automation pipelines to eliminate manual processes and reduce operational toil
- Evolve CI/CD workflows and apply SRE principles across monitoring, alerting, and incident response
- Proactively identify risks in distributed systems and drive solutions end-to-end, including serving as an escalation point
- Design and implement AI-assisted tooling and intelligent automation to enhance incident management, root cause analysis, and system performance
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience across Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, and/or Site Reliability Engineering
- Strong AWS expertise and experience designing cloud-native, distributed systems
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting (Python or similar)
- Hands-on experience building automation and CI/CD pipelines, with strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 124,400.00 USD - 155,500.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
