Job SummaryThis position is responsible for designing, development, implementation and support of Talent management processes and programs for the organization. This includes but is not limited to leadership development, succession planning, performance management, retention strategies, career development processes, and competency assessments. responsible for utilizing appropriate research and analysis to enhance new and existing programs that are most critical and impactful to HCSC’s success. Lead the implementation of complex and high-profile talent projects while effectively managing internal stakeholder relationships.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development or I/O Psychology
* 7 years of experience in corporate talent, and leadership development
* Experience in developing and implementing HR processes and programs such as succession planning and performance management employee development, and career planning.
* Experience with:
a. leadership assessment and evaluation
b. leadership development and retention programs
c. talent reviews and succession methodologies and facilitation
* Experience leading a team, project, and/or programs at an enterprise level.
* Experience designing and analyzing leadership programs including front-line through executives.
* Experience with using leadership assessments (i.e. Hogan and 360s).
* Experience interacting and consulting at the executive level.
* Experience with presentations, proposals, and corporate communications.
* Experience in partnering with organizational divisions and HR to facilitate execution of HR programs.
* Experience planning and successfully managing large-scale projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master or Doctorate Degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development or I/O Psychology.
* Project coordination/management experience.
* Experience in overseeing talent and performance management processes in Workday.
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
