- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across technologies and seniority levels.
- Handle niche, leadership, and critical hiring requirements with strong closure capabilities.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, delivery leaders, and business stakeholders to understand hiring priorities.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, X-Ray/Boolean searches, referrals, and social hiring.
- Ensure quality screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Drive recruiter productivity, hiring metrics, and process improvements.
- Mentor and guide recruiters on sourcing strategies, market mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Provide regular hiring updates, market insights, and competitor intelligence to leadership teams.
- Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- 11+ years of experience in IT recruitment with strong expertise in lateral hiring.
- Excellent understanding of technology stacks and current IT market trends.
- Strong expertise in Boolean search, X-Ray search, and passive candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling fast-paced hiring environments and multiple critical positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, ATS, and hiring processes.
- Ability to mentor teams and drive hiring ownership independently.
- Experience in IT Services/Product/GCC hiring environments.
- Exposure to leadership hiring and niche technology recruitment is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
