Use GitHub-based workflows, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices while troubleshooting application, API, data, and deployment issues across the software development lifecycle.

Manage large-scale technology programs involving 200–500-person onshore and offshore teams. Lead cross-functional delivery across project management, product, development, architecture, QA, DevOps, and shared services. Oversee offshore transitions, establish PMOs, conduct executive presentations and steering committees, optimize team structures, and ensure performance against budget, resource, quality, and delivery targets.

Develop and enhance large-scale optimization and machine learning models for supply chain decision systems, including routing, scheduling, and resource allocation. The role focuses on filling complex technology positions across software development, cloud, data, and AI while providing a responsive candidate experience and informed hiring guidance.

Lead global product strategy and lifecycle management from ideation through launch and iteration. Responsibilities include customer research, product planning, UX/UI collaboration, KPI development, ROI analysis, data analysis, experimentation, technical design guidance, risk management, and cross-functional milestone tracking.
