Provide L2 production application support in a 24x7 environment. Responsibilities include incident, problem, change, and BCP management; troubleshooting with Splunk, Grafana, logs, metrics, dashboards, alerts, and SQL; monitoring cloud-hosted applications; optimizing queries; and collaborating with development, SRE, platform, and infrastructure teams. Participate in on-call rotations and improve operational reliability.

Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable GCP infrastructure. Manage GKE Kubernetes clusters, GitOps workflows with FluxCD, Terraform infrastructure, Helm deployments, CI/CD processes, and observability using Elasticsearch and Grafana. Manage HR operations for the Hyderabad office, including SOP creation and governance, Keka HRMS coordination, skill gap tracking, succession planning records, SLA monitoring, reporting, and process updates. The role requires maintaining accurate documentation and trackers, coordinating HR system rollouts and training, identifying operational gaps, and independently managing multiple workstreams with strong ownership and attention to detail.

Conduct outbound calls and personalized email campaigns to engage enterprise decision-makers, identify qualified prospects, nurture relationships with technology leaders, and generate meetings for the sales team. Maintain accurate CRM records, position technology consulting services, and consistently meet lead-generation and meeting targets while working independently in a remote environment.

Develop and improve large-scale optimization and machine learning models for supply chain decisions, including routing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Governance to define validation criteria, report KPIs, and mentor junior analysts.

Design, build, and maintain full-stack test automation using Java/TypeScript/JavaScript and frameworks (Selenium, WDIO, Cypress). Execute manual end-to-end validation, test REST APIs, write scripts, scale automation within CI/CD pipelines, and apply AWS cloud exposure to ensure reliable, maintainable test frameworks.

Lead frontend development using React and Next.js with SSR, implement Redux state management, optimize performance, mentor a small team, conduct code reviews, collaborate with designers and backend, manage BitBucket repos, and support QA using Postman.

Manage and govern enterprise AI platforms and Agentic AI environments, enforce security and RBAC, integrate SSO/Okta, automate workflows with Python/Bash, support CI/CD and DevSecOps, provide L2/L3 ServiceNow support, and maintain basic cloud and networking configurations.

The Data Engineer is responsible for designing and developing cloud-native data pipelines, integrating machine learning models, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of data solutions in a collaborative environment.

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment across technology stacks and business units. Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, support offer negotiations, and maintain candidate engagement through joining. Partner with hiring managers and leadership to prioritize openings, build talent pipelines, update ATS records and recruitment reports, and provide market intelligence on salary trends and hiring conditions.

Leads development of secure, scalable backend systems using Java Spring Boot and Python. Builds AI agents and automation workflows for vulnerability discovery, security assessments, threat modeling, remediation recommendations, and DevSecOps integration. Deploys cloud-native services, APIs, and microservices using GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code. Partners with Engineering, DevOps/SRE, and Security teams, participates in architecture and code reviews, evaluates emerging technologies, and mentors junior engineers.

Lead site reliability efforts to define SLIs/SLOs, run incident response and RCAs, build observability and runbooks, automate recovery and alerting, collaborate on resilience and capacity planning to improve availability and reduce MTTR.

The Senior Engineer will focus on performance testing by writing scripts in various programming languages, creating automated test execution environments, and analyzing system performance across multiple layers while collaborating with developers to resolve issues.

Design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise backend systems using C#/.NET (preferably .NET 8). Architect RESTful APIs and microservices, implement best practices for code quality, performance, and security, participate in CI/CD, testing, monitoring, mentor junior developers, and drive technical design decisions to meet delivery timelines.

Lead product domain strategy and lifecycle for ecommerce products: define requirements, conduct research and data analysis, collaborate with UX and engineering, set KPIs, manage launches, evaluate global impact, and iterate based on metrics and tests.

Lead technical strategy and hands-on development of large-scale optimization and ML systems (routing, scheduling, resource allocation). Lead security assessments and governance for AI developer tools. Evaluate architectures, data flows, and vendor posture, identify AI-specific threats, recommend controls and go/no-go decisions, implement DevSecOps security in the SDLC, and partner with InfoSec and packaging teams to enable secure enterprise adoption.

Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core applications with C# and React/TypeScript front-ends; implement messaging with Kafka and SQS; work with SQL Server/PostgreSQL and EF/ADO.NET; consume REST APIs; build strong UIs and implement data contracts for reliable microservice communication.

Lead design, development, and documentation of scalable web applications using the Microsoft stack. Collaborate with product, design, and architects; drive architecture and best practices; oversee SDLC, CI/CD, cloud PaaS solutions, database performance, and front-end integrations.
