As the Lead Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top technical talent to drive our company’s success. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional results. What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to meet the technical staffing needs of the company.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and success metrics.
- Source and attract high-quality technical candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidate qualifications through structured evaluations and behavioral interviews.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring teams and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Lead and optimize full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from application to offer.
- Track metrics (e.g., time to fill, pipeline health, diversity targets) and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless hiring and hand-off.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies during all phases of recruitment.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and technical guidance to junior recruiters.
- Lead projects or initiatives involving matrixed teams across departments.

- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including experience sourcing for engineering and/or IT roles

- Master’s Degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline
- AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, or equivalent recruiting certifications
- Prior experience in high-growth tech environments or staffing agencies

- Experience supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in recruitment
- Familiarity with data analytics tools or dashboards for recruiting insights (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
