The Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter to drive GTM and non-technical hiring. This role requires someone capable of independently managing end-to-end recruitment for 10-12 positions per quarter while building strong stakeholder relationships and optimizing processes. You will also mentor junior recruiters when needed and contribute to operational leadership within the recruitment function.
Key responsibilities :
- Independently manage the full recruitment cycle across GTM and non-technical roles.
- Recruit for 10-12 roles per quarter, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and delivering results.
- Source and attract top talent, leveraging expertise in B2B SaaS hiring.
- Lead recruitment operations, ensuring process efficiency and a seamless candidate experience.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering team development when required.
What we’re looking for :
- 6+ years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in GTM hiring; B2B SaaS preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex recruitment processes and senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience mentoring junior recruiters or managing small teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance strategic and operational responsibilities.
