Role and Responsibilities
This position is part of the People Operations team.
- Collaborate with vendors, agents and internal stakeholders to acquire mainly engineering talents for India, US and Japan. (English speakers only)
- Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business requirements.
- Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined SLA/TAT timelines.
- Manage Internal communication such as promotion of referral program
- Plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, hiring drives, and assessment centre.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as Engineering recruiter in India
- Strengthen employer branding across various recruitment channels.
- Experience collaborating on cross-functional projects across multiple departments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic and uncertain environments
- Skilled in negotiating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
