As an Application Administrator, your job responsibilities include the
following:
- Deploy Applications to Containers
via Kubernetes on Linux Servers.
- Ensure 99.9 % Reliability and Availability
of All Services Assigned to you.
- Setup and installation of
required tools on the Window/Linux Servers.
- Quickly resolve system failures
and troubleshooting of live support tickets ensuring a 99.9 technical Success.
- You will act as a partner to
the participating bank/OFI you are assigned to.
- Ensuring that Issues and
Incident Picked up by the Monitoring are Properly Escalated to the respective
partner for Quick closure within TAT (2hours)
- Monitor performance and
maintain systems according to requirements.
- Query Database and Logs to
analyze pattern and deduce root cause of issues.
- Upgrade systems with new
releases and models.
- Troubleshoot hardware and
software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems, and resolutions,
prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
- Responsible for capacity,
storage planning, and database performance.
Requirements
We would love to meet you if you have:
- Experience with any scripting language (PowerShell or Python) is a must.
- IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network-related fields are a plus.
- A working knowledge of docker containers and Linux machines is a nice-to-have.
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
- Knowledge of containerization strategies.
- Experience with automation tools.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS), and network security.

with colleagues at the office location.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
