What you will do:

  • Drive BD workstreams including market landscaping, opportunity identification, partner evaluation, and pipeline tracking
  • Build business cases and financial models to evaluate new opportunities
  • Support deal execution, internal alignment, and documentation
  • Coordinate with India, APAC, and global teams to ensure progress across BD initiatives
  • Analyze market size, growth trends, customer segments, and competitive landscape
  • Track emerging trends, adjacencies, and whitespace opportunities
  • Synthesize insights into clear recommendations to support leadership decisions
  • Support evaluation of new products, categories, and market entry opportunities

  • Translate strategy into actionable plans with defined milestones and measurable outcomes
  • Track execution, manage dependencies, and highlight risks through disciplined project management
What you need:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in analytics / commercial / management consulting or strategy roles. Experience in healthcare / med-tech / life sciences not mandatory
  • MBA from a reputed business school preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to structure ambiguous problems and build data-driven insights
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort with modelling, data analysis, and structured frameworks
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage timelines, track progress, and drive accountability across stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations
