Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end execution of regional compensation programs, including annual salary and bonus planning cycles for a defined sub-set of European countries.
- Serve as a key point of contact for HR teams in the region, providing expert guidance on compensation queries and assisting HR partners in interpreting data to support pay-related decisions.
- Assist in maintaining regional salary structures, supporting job evaluation/leveling frameworks, and ensuring that all practices remain compliant with local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Perform recurring and ad-hoc compensation analyses, such as pay equity audits and market competitiveness studies, to identify trends and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
- Participate in external salary survey submissions and support market pricing analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive and aligned with industry standards within the region.
- Develop and maintain visually engaging reports and dashboards that translate complex compensation data into clear, user-friendly formats for HR and business leadership.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual data processes, streamline reporting workflows, and enhance the overall efficiency of the compensation function.
- Collaborate with the broader Total Rewards team to contribute to global initiatives, providing the technical analysis and regional perspective needed for successful program implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, HR, or Data Analytics.
- Relevant experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR Analytics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Characteristics
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (modeling, complex formulas) are essential. Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS platforms is highly preferred. Familiarity with SQL, R, Python preferred.
