Lead - Special Projects and Communications

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communication and Transformation Lead to manage and drive our communication strategies and key transformational projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal and external communications, business and data analysis, and project management.

You will make an impact by:

Project Management:
• Lead projects aimed at improving business processes and efficiencies.

• Oversee the implementation and execution of transformational initiatives
• Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with various stakeholders

• Create dashboards to track the progress and outcomes of transformation projects.
• Provide regular updates and insights to relevant stakeholders

•Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints
• Business and Data Analysis:

• Conduct thorough analysis to support transformational initiatives
• Utilize data to inform decision-making and track progress

•Manage Communication for India:

• Manage internal communications to ensure effective information flow within the organization
• Oversee external communications in collaboration with the global team to maintain and enhance the company's public image
• Act as a liaison with the global communication team to ensure consistency in messaging and strategies
• Develop and distribute newsletters, prepare reports, and manage other communication materials
• Lead and coordinate communication-related initiatives within the company

Skills you bring:
• MBA or equivalent
• 2+ years of related experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full cycle project management experience preferred
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, result oriented, Ownership mindset, collaboration are desired competencies
