Position: Lead Software Engineer
Job Location: NewRez LLC, Coppell, TX
Job Duties:
Conceptualize, design, program, test, implement, and deploy software applications using the appropriate documentation, processes, and quality standards. Provide business and project expertise when collaborating with clients, IT resources, vendors, and other stakeholders to identify the user requirements, assess technologies, recommend, and implement technical solutions. Ensure accuracy of coding; create technical documentation by utilizing software configuration, version and quality management processes. Work with project participants to maximize productivity, effectiveness, and timely completion; may work as project technology lead or as a functional specialist. Provide training and guidance to less experienced personnel. Work closely with end-user to identify strategic and tactical requirements as well as solution. Review, repair legacy code, and recommend best practices focused on software development languages including .net, C#, SQL, and JavaScript. Manage/supervise Senior Software Engineers, who design, develop, and test solutions using the software development cycle, as well as Business Analysts, who evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas of improvement, and implement solutions; mentor less experienced members of the team. In connection with above duties, utilize experience in Angular 13+, NgRx, Angular JS, .net, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, Restful APIs, Webservices, MVC, SQL, Azure DevOps, SDLC, Agile methodology, JSON, .Net Core, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools.
