About the Role: As a Lead Software Engineer on the Technology team, you will drive the design, development, and implementation of robust software solutions. Operating as an individual contributor at broadband 5 within the Technology function, you will act as a senior technical expert shaping our digital platforms and tools, reporting directly to VP, Engineering.
You Will:
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, development, testing, and deployment of highly scalable software applications.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional product, data, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into innovative technical solutions.
- Drive engineering best practices, ensuring high code quality, system performance, and reliability across our platforms.
You Have:
- 5-8 years of prior experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or full-stack development.
- Advanced proficiency in modern programming languages and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
- Proven track record of independently managing complex engineering projects and delivering high-performance software.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD deployment is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
