About the Role:
We are looking for a visionary Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of complex, distributed, and scalable enterprise systems. This role requires deep technical expertise in Java/Spring Boot, cloud and hybrid architectures, and enterprise integration patterns, along with the leadership skills to drive architectural excellence across the organization.________________________________________
Key Responsibilities:• Architect end-to-end enterprise solutions across on-premises, off-premises, and cloud-native environments.• Design and implement distributed systems with a focus on low latency, high throughput, resilience, and scalability.• Apply enterprise architecture patterns, microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design (DDD).• Ensure systems are designed with security, compliance, and data privacy in mind (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR).• Establish and lead a Center of Excellence (CoE) for architecture, driving standardization of practices, tools, and frameworks.• Collaborate with Principal Architects and senior stakeholders to define and enforce architecture principles, guidelines, and reference models.• Lead the development of technology roadmaps, strategic initiatives, and modernization programs.• Partner with executive leadership to align technology strategy with business goals.• Provide architectural oversight and mentorship to engineering teams across multiple domains.• Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.Required Skills & Experience:• 15+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise architecture.• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices-based systems.• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud/on-prem integration.• Deep understanding of networking, databases (SQL/NoSQL), API design, and system observability.• Proven experience with compliance frameworks and secure architecture design.• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence at the executive level.Preferred Qualifications:• Certifications: TOGAF, AWS/GCP/Azure Architect, CISSP, or similar.• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code (IaC).• Familiarity with AI/ML integration, data platforms, and real-time analytics is a plus.
