We are seeking a highly skilled Lead software engineer with strong experience in webMethods Integration Server & Mulesoft to design, develop, and support enterprise integrations in a on-premise environment. This role will play a key part in building scalable, reliable integrations across systems, including Salesforce and Oracle-based platforms.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills & Accomplishments
- 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise integration development.
- Strong expertise in webMethods Integration Server and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4).
- Proven experience integrating with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk).
- Solid hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP web services, integration patterns, and API‑led architecture.
- Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments, with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Strong understanding of API design, versioning, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for integration deployments.
- Familiarity with cloud integration platforms in hybrid or on‑prem/cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with data transformation technologies (XML, JSON, XSLT).
- Working knowledge of security protocols, including OAuth, SSL, certificates, and API security.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or multi-system integration landscapes.
What Will You Be Doing in This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using webMethods Integration Server and MuleSoft (Mule 4).
- Lead and contribute to end-to-end integration solutions across multiple enterprise systems.
- Build, expose, and consume RESTful and SOAP APIs following API‑led connectivity principles.
- Develop integrations with Salesforce platforms for data synchronization and process automation.
- Support, enhance, and stabilize integrations in an on‑premise webMethods environment.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers (Lead role).
