Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer UxDesign to oversee our development teams, specializing in Front development and Web, python and C++ langages. As a Technical Leader, you will play a crucial role in guiding the technical direction, ensuring best practices, and fostering team development to achieve successful project outcomes.
Profile
Experienced developer between 7 – 10 years in HMI development in web tech & practices of QT/QML (for Python and C++ language)
- Start Date: June 2026

Required competencies/skills
- Accountability on the collection of needs, co-engineering.
- Create mock-ups under Figma and especially under IDE, benchmark of technologies, DAR, POC.
- Convert graphic objects into a library of reusable components integrated into an IDE
- Implement an HMI from the model and connect it to the backend
- Document formalization: spec, design, user manual
- Pedagogy, training: remotely train the technical members of the team on Web technologies
- Collaborative experience (knowing how to collaborate in a multisite and multicultural team), France/India
- Web (for new projects) and Python/ C++ skills (particularly for our assets that will be modernized)
- Know how to define and propose technologies and tools around automatic HMI testing solutions (especially Web but not only)
- Also have experience in AI-assisted Uxdesign
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of JIRA tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of generative AI
