As a Technical Leader, you will play a crucial role in guiding the technical direction, ensuring best practices, and fostering team development to achieve successful project outcomes.
Profile
Experienced developer between 5– 9 years in HMI development in web technologies (Angular/React/Vue)
Required competencies/skills
- Accountability on the collection of needs, co-engineering.
- Create mock-ups under Figma or equivalent and especially under IDE, benchmark of technologies, DAR, POC.
- Convert graphic objects into a library of reusable components integrated into an IDE
- Implement an HMI from the model and connect it to the backend
- Document formalization: spec, design, user manual
- Pedagogy, training: remotely train the technical members of the team on Web technologies
- Collaborative experience (knowing how to collaborate in a multisite and multicultural team), France/India
- Angular/React/Vue skills
- Know how to define and propose technologies and tools around automatic HMI testing solutions
- Also have experience in AI-assisted Uxdesign
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of JIRA tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
