Scope:
- We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead with strong expertise in ITSM implementations, platform development, integrations, and AI-driven ServiceNow capabilities.
- The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end ServiceNow initiatives, provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and business-aligned solutions.
What You'll do:
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and platform solutions with a strong focus on ITSM.
- Design, develop, and support ServiceNow applications, workflows, and customizations following platform best practices.
- Implement and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
- Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, and related technologies.
- Utilize Postman, JSON/XML, API testing, troubleshooting, and validation techniques to ensure successful integration delivery.
- Identify and implement AI-driven use cases utilizing Now Assist, AI Agents, and Virtual Agent capabilities.
- Configure and enhance Employee Center Portal, including user experience, content management, search optimization, and portal improvements.
- Manage data integrations using Data Sources, Import Sets, and Transform Maps; develop reports and dashboards to support business needs.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution.
- Conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and ensure quality, maintainable, and upgrade-friendly solutions.
- Mentor developers, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and support team capability development.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform innovations, particularly AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and implementation.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development and ITSM implementation.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, and third-party integrations.
- Experience working with CMDB, Discovery, HAM, SAM, and HRSD modules.
- Knowledge of Now Assist, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, and Employee Center.
- Strong experience with Data Sources, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proven experience mentoring technical teams and driving best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
