Job Description:

  • Manage the architectural and technical direction In line with the Business goals on existing as well as new Automation development.
  • Provide technical guidance and architecture support for Automations, Working with IT leadership to understand enterprise technical strategy and help in providing application roadmaps. 12+ years’ hands-on experience on the following of which at least 5 years in leading RPA, Intelligent Automation and managing teams. Should be from Development Background.
  • Must have experienced in RPA tool Automation Anywhere and Intelligent Automation with Python and R
  • Enable teams to implement roadmap or in performing modernization activities.
  • Enable leadership and development teams to manage Technical obsolescence / Tech Debt Making sure applications are meeting architecture standards.
  • Estimate, design and develop scalable RPA solution in highly collaborative agile environment.
  • Creation of Intelligent Automation framework including reusable components and ML Model.
  • Understand the business line’s aims & aspirations, and define the scope of automation, conduct pre-analyses of the technical feasibility & estimate development time enabling smooth testing and rollout. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Identify & implement the right, advance data and analytics tools, Visualization and decision tools like Python\R for real time analytics.
  • Solutioning the business needs/requirements, participate/drive discussions with business for the documentation of the requirements and solution which can be taken by delivery. 
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing pool of Staff Engineers and engineers within the organization and ensuring alignment of pool to company-wide vision and strategies.
  • Serves as the point of escalation for Automation Architecture/Design concerns and technical challenges.
