What you will do:
As a member of the PGIM Real Estate Systems team, you will work to develop and support custom Real Estate applications in a fast-paced setting, provide architectural guidance, and lead a cross-functional team of internal and external talent. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and hands-on experience in full-stack development of complex applications in a cloud environment.
- Participate in establishing and enforcing technical standards with other leaders on the team
- Hands-on development of new and existing framework and functionality
- Lead a team of personnel focused on feature development, testing, and other engineering tasks
- Work closely with product stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and determine solutions
- Coordinate with scrum master and other stakeholders to delegate work assignments
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to the team as needed
This is a hybrid position located in PGIM Real Estate’s Dallas office.
What you will bring
- 5+ years experience in full-stack web development
- Proven ability to decompose complex requirements and build solutions
- 3+ years of leading other team members
- Technologies
- High proficiency in C# and .NET ecosystem
- High proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Reach and Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript
- Strong experience with MS SQL Server or other relational databases
- Strong expertise in DevOps practices and tooling (CI/CD, GIT, etc.)
- Strong expertise in Azure or AWS cloud services
- Strong knowledge of Agile-Scrum principles
- Ability to use AI tools such as Claude Code
