Trimble is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (P3) to support the FedRAMP initiative. This role is a hands-on technical lead position focused on delivering secure, compliant, and high-quality software under tight timelines. You will lead feature-level execution, guide implementation best practices, and work closely with QA, Security, and Product teams to ensure FedRAMP readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and development of full-stack web features using C#, ASP.NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server.
Implement and enforce secure coding practices aligned with FedRAMP requirements.
Own technical execution for assigned epics and ensure on-time delivery.
Collaborate closely with QA and Security teams to remediate vulnerabilities and compliance findings.
Participate in architecture and design discussions, providing practical implementation guidance.
Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers on security, performance, and maintainability.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment readiness.
Support troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production stability.

Prior experience in a lead or senior engineer role.
Experience in compliance-driven environments (FedRAMP, SOC2, ISO, etc.) is a strong plus.
