Salary offered:
- 17000 - 28000 PLN gross per month (contract of employment)
- 969-1615 PLN net + tax per day (B2B)
As a Lead Software Engineer (Dynamics 365), you will be responsible for designing, estimating and delivering solutions that make use of Microsoft Dynamics and Power platform to enable the digital transformation of our customers.
You’ll lead multi-skilled agile teams to combine configuration and custom development to deliver high quality solutions. You’ll work with customer architects to agree functional and non-functional designs, advising customers and managers on the estimated effort, technical implications and complexity.
As a technical leader, you will work with your peers to promote best practice, share knowledge and mentor those around you.
Minimum requirements:

Expertise in architecting architecture, customising and configuring Dynamics solutions including at least 2 of the following: Customer Service, Field Service or Marketing

Proficient at integrating Dynamics with other technologies including but not limited to Power Apps
-
Understanding of non-functional requirements and how these are incorporated into a solution design
-
Able to simply and clearly communicate technical design as conversation, documentation and presentations
-
Able to make effective decisions within fast moving delivery
-
A demonstrated ability to manage coach and develop more junior team members

Hands on knowledge public cloud platforms such as Azure
-
Responsible for implementing CICD pattern
Desirable:

Microsoft Dynamics certification (Solution Architect/ Functional Consultant/ Developer)

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Business Central

Actively participates in tech communities

Experience of multiple programming languages and data storage technologies
