Lead Fullstack Developer (C#, .NET, Cloud)

We are looking to hire a Lead Fullstack Developer (C#, .NET, Cloud) to join our R&D team in Vienna. In this role, you will interact with the community of engineers on our technologies - especially our product called Tosca. You will be working on a new set of cloud products supporting continuous testing and effortless automation for enterprise applications.

What you will do:

• As a key player in one of our agile teams, you actively contribute to the development of Tricentis products according to agile principles
• You are responsible for all parts of the software development process: requirements analysis, implementation, testing, etc.
• You work in a self-organising team in our agile software development process and help shape it to continuously improve
• You develop valuable increments for our product according to our vision with the newest technologies
• Continuous learning and improvement of your and our way of working is part of your daily business
• As a lead you act as a role model for your team and guide less experienced members of your team
• You have an eye on all non-functional aspects of development (security, performance, scalability, reusability) and do the reviews for critical implementations
• When user stories are planned, you make sure that an implementation plan is created, and you challenge user stories on a technical level
• You are skilled in communicating and can argue your ideas and views

Who you are:

• 6+ years of profound software development experience in C#, .net
• 2+ years of experience as a senior or lead developer
• Deep knowledge and experience with React, Typescript, HTML, CSS and associated tooling
• Ability to architect APIs in line with industry standards
• You are able to plan larger implementations and can integrate your solutions in an existing code base
• Knowledge in Azure and Azure DevOps is a plus
• You are motivated by achieving innovative results and approach your tasks in a solution-oriented manner
• You know when to apply design patterns and strive for high quality, maintainable and clean code

We are under a legal obligation in Austria to indicate the minimum salary, which is 62.000 EUR gross per year for this position, according to the IT collective agreement. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
