What We'll Bring:
Job Description:You will be responsible for defining and executing fraud platform modernsization plan in close collaboration with Global Fraud Solutions Product Management, Development and Platform engineering teams.
You will be an experienced, highly technical hands-on leader who will manage and lead cloud development practices, which will enable global delivery of fraud point solutions with a privacy-by-design focus.
You will achieve this strategy by enhancing existing fraud solutions for cloud native delivery. Because of this, you will have rigorous technical professional experience with a strong understanding of how to build scalable, global applications at consumer scale.
You will help define and execute a resourcing plan combining new and existing teams with third-party consulting services where needed to accelerate delivery.
What We Expect:
Partner with Fraud Solutions Architecture, Development Teams, and Product Management to drive the design and implementation modernization plan for the next generation fraud platform
Build productive relationships with members of Product Management, Platform Engineering, and point solutions development teams. Partner with these teams to ensure proper alignment with product and technical vision
Inspire, motivate, and challenge the Platform Engineering team to look for possibility & opportunity
Attend regular 1:1s with your manager and bring questions, ideas, and feedback toward the continuous improvement of our teams, processes, and products
Conduct regular 1:1s with your team members and provide constructive feedback toward the continuous improvement of the team
Strive for personal growth and improvement
Participate in PI ceremonies and be accountable to agreed upon commitments
What You'll Bring:
10 years of experience in service-oriented solution delivery
Previous success in senior technical roles for engineering and architecture teams
Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, Azure
Experience with DevOps tools and technologies
Experience in systems design, implementation, and engineering leadership for SaaS products and services
API design and implementation experience
Familiarity with NoSQL data stores (key-value, column-oriented, & graph DBs) and messaging systems
Successful delivery of high-availability, low latency architectures
Ability to communicate effectively with others, proactively recommend solutions, and solve complex problems
Expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks
Demonstrated experience in delivering technology solutions in multidivisional, multinational organizations
BS and/or MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Ability to assimilate key issues and concepts and come up to speed quickly
