The Lead Software Developer partners with business and technology stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver scalable Infor LN solutions that drive business performance, innovation, and operational excellence.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Infor LN solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs, architecture standards, and enterprise strategy.
- Act as the primary technical expert for Infor LN, translating business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Design, build, and optimize customizations, extensions, integrations, and workflows within the Infor LN ecosystem.
- Drive technical solution architecture, including data models, integrations, and system interfaces across enterprise platforms.
- Partner with functional teams to ensure solutions are technically sound while supporting business processes and best practices.
- Provide hands-on development, code reviews, and technical oversight to ensure high quality, secure, and performant solutions.
- Establish and enforce development standards, coding practices, and governance across the platform.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex system and integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end to end solutions, considering upstream and downstream system impacts.
- Guide technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions across enterprise applications.
- Mentor and support developers, fostering a high performing engineering culture and continuous improvement mindset.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and solution planning in alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure proper documentation of technical designs, code, integrations, and system configurations.
- Promote automation, reusability, and scalability in all development efforts.
- Support DevOps practices including version control, deployment strategies, and environment management.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate new tools, technologies, and platform capabilities to enhance system performance and developer productivity.
- Demonstrate a learning mindset by pursuing training and certifications relevant to enterprise platforms and development technologies.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree with five (5) or more years of experience in software development, engineering, or a related field.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of three (3) or more years of hands-on development experience supporting ERP Infor LN, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Strong experience with Infor LN development tools, customizations, extensions, and integrations.
- Proficiency in programming, scripting, and integration technologies relevant to Infor LN and enterprise systems.
- Experience with APIs, middleware, data integration patterns, and system interoperability.
- Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database design.
- Experience in a complex international manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading or mentoring developers in a technical capacity.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control systems, and CI CD pipelines.
- ERP implementation experience with deep technical knowledge across functional areas such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, or Order Management.
- Experience supporting and enhancing ERP systems in a production environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
Pay Range:
$103,300.00 - $177,700.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
