- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance and support in executing social media campaigns
- Manage and oversee all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience and promotes brand loyalty
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend strategies to keep the company ahead of the curve
- Analyze social media metrics and generate regular reports to assess the performance of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' social media activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful social media campaignsStrong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize social media performance
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
