Digital Outcomes.

Responsible for maintaining and auditing site physical security controls, including access control, CCTV, alarms, key management, Server room security, security training, and compliance audits. Investigates security failures, manages remediation and testing, and ensures adherence to physical security policies and standards.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Access & System Management: Audit and maintain physical access controls, CCTV retention/quality, alarm systems, PIN lifecycles, and key/material tracking.

• Compliance & Auditing: Conduct regular pre-audits against internal and client security standards (including server room and MDF access), prepare audit files, and support internal/external audit processes.

• Security Training & Oversight: Support the Security Manager in ensuring personnel, site keyholders, and guarding staff complete required security and safety training on schedule.

• Incident & Risk Remediation: Investigate physical security failures, oversee system testing, validate SLA response times, and implement corrective actions.

• Reporting & Administration: Generate daily and monthly security/safety reports, participate in annual policy reviews, and handle confidential information with strict discretion.

Knowledge and skills (Essential).

• Must be an intelligent, articulate and persuasive field leader who can serve as an effective Lead.
• Should understand in general compliance, auditing, and risk management.
• Must have general working knowledge audits and compliance.
• Must have a general understanding of information technology and information security as well.

Educational / Professional Qualifications (essentials/desired)

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in compliance or security field  
  • 2-3 years experience security & safety industries (preferably IT & ITES)
  • General understanding of information technology and information security as well
  • Fluent in English and Excellent in communication skills is a must;
  • Experience of working in a diverse and fast pace multinational environment will be treated as an advantage
  • Advanced and independent user of MS Office applications-mainly Excel
  • Previous security and administrative experience is ideal.
  • Excellent organizational skills
