Job Description

Domain: Manufacturing

The Lead/Senior ERP Consultant will lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Inivos' IFS ERP software platform for manufacturing clients. As a senior member of the Inivos team, you will play a key role in providing expert guidance and mentoring to the consultants and ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of IFS ERP implementation projects, from initial planning and scoping through to deployment and post-implementation support in the manufacturing domain.
  • Understanding the business requirements and translate, configure and customize the IFS ERP system to meet the unique needs of manufacturing clients.
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements specific to manufacturing processes.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to project teams and clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system in manufacturing environments.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and best practices of the IFS ERP software, with a focus on manufacturing industry trends and requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, chemical & process engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ Years of prior experience and a proven track record of successful completion of complex ERP implementation projects in a Tier 1 IFS ERP System in the Manufacturing domain.
  • Expertise in manufacturing processes and strong knowledge of manufacturing modules in IFS ERP system.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on providing innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, chemical and process engineering, or a related discipline
  • 6+ years of experience delivering complex ERP implementation projects in a Tier 1 IFS ERP system within the manufacturing domain
  • Expertise in manufacturing processes and strong knowledge of IFS ERP manufacturing modules
  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills focused on innovative solutions
