Role Overview:
As a Lead, Sales, you focus on coaching and elevating your sales team. Your proficiency in motivating and inspiring team members, coupled with exceptional sales knowledge and strategy drives the sales pace at our company. You influence to drive performance in key areas such as activity, conversion, and engagement. Your success is tied to the team's achievement of critical performance indicators (KPIs) including Enrollment Rate, Enrollment Attainment, Attended Demos, Average Selling Price (ASP), Churn, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).

What you do each day:
- Accomplish and exceed individual sales goals
- Work as an individual contributor on the sales team for 3-6 months to gain a deep understanding of the sales process and customer needs
- Lead a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Lead the team in staying at the forefront of industry trends, facilitating ongoing learning, and maintaining a cutting-edge product knowledge base
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Develop and improve sales processes and strategies to drive growth
- Effectively communicate our evolving value proposition, positioning the team and the company as visionary leaders and innovators in the market
Compensation:
$78,500 / year OTE ($66,560 base) + uncapped earning potential
Schedule:
Ability to work full time (45 hrs/week) with a 9 hour shift, ranging within 5am-7pm local time. Ability to work at least one Saturday per month.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of management or leadership experience in a sales position
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven success as a salesperson
- Advanced experience with sales CRMs and processes

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $59,900-$66,560 and annual on-target earnings of $78,500. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits. Housecall Pro is growing fast and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
