- Design, implement, and manage sales programs that drive subscriber acquisition, revenue growth, and market share.
- Monitor sales performance and productivity across channels, identifying opportunities for improvement and corrective action.
- Drive channel engagement through incentive programs, sales campaigns, and performance management initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Finance, CX, and Commercial teams to deliver business objectives.
- Track and analyze sales program effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Ensure consistent execution of sales standards, policies, and governance across all channels.
- Support new product launches and Go-to-Market initiatives through effective sales enablement.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and recommend strategies to improve channel performance.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. Candidates holding a Diploma may be considered where they demonstrate substantial relevant experience and a proven track record of performance.
- Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in sales, commercial operations, distribution, or sales program management.
- Proven track record in managing sizeable sales initiatives and driving business growth.
- Experience in telecommunications, FMCG, banking, or other fast-paced consumer-focused industries will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Skills Required
