Serves as the primary point of contact for compensation with Sales Leaders, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and timely progression of issues.
Drives a structured and proactive communication approach, helping translate complex compensation topics into clear, actionable updates while prioritizing inquiries based on business impact and assists with training.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end communication for compensation related projects across stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between Sales Leaders and Compensation
- Prioritize escalated inquiries based on urgency, revenue impact, and seller experience
- Translate technical findings into clear, concise updates for non-technical stakeholders
- Support SLA adherence (e.g., timely resolution and payout targets)
Impact: Improves seller and sales leader experience, reduces friction, and builds trust in compensation processes
Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions.
