Graphic Designer / Presentation Specialist

The Presentation Specialist / Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creation and formatting of client-ready documents — including pitchbooks, proposals, financial statements, brochures, infographics, and complex presentation materials — in line with Sutherland brand standards, using the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage intake of presentation and graphic design requests; take full ownership of quality, turnaround, and overall client satisfaction.
- Create, produce, edit, and annotate graphic designs and documents to specification, using a variety of advanced graphics applications.
- Manage and prioritize multiple competing deadlines, working independently with minimal direction.
- Uphold Sutherland’s brand integrity while meeting internal clients’ requirements for creative, professional, high-quality, and cost-effective graphic materials.
- Create, edit, and refine materials across formats; build and maintain expertise in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Incorporate feedback into ongoing improvements in output quality; develop capabilities for innovation and service excellence.
- Build understanding of internal workflows and stakeholder requirements to sharpen document quality and strengthen the overall client service experience.
- Understand quality and timeliness performance metrics, and apply a continuous-improvement mindset to maintain consistently high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop working knowledge of CXO team needs and other vertical-specific requirements.
- Understand Sutherland’s performance framework, including the core values against which all staff are assessed. Take genuine ownership of personal performance and actively seek to excel.
- Operate within established team procedures and policies — including attendance expectations and timely submission of hours through the designated tool.
Qualifications
Education
Graduate in any discipline.
Technical qualifications
A diploma in Graphic Design is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
Experience
Experience in graphic design, infographic creation, and motion graphics (preferred).
Broader exposure to advanced graphics, presentation design, desktop publishing, word processing, and AI-based tools is a strong advantage.
Knowledge and skill sets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop are essential.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Positive attitude, professional and approachable, with a collaborative mindset.
- 6–7 years of professional experience in presentation design at a corporate level.
- Solid understanding of design concepts, visual communication, and infographic storytelling.
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to execute across a range of styles and techniques.
