KBR Abu Dhabi is currently seeking an experienced Lead Reporting Engineer to support a major ADNOC project. The role will initially be based in our Abu Dhabi office, with a planned relocation to an international project location at a later stage.
The Lead Reporting Engineer will be responsible for developing, consolidating, and maintaining project level reporting across engineering, procurement, and construction activities. This includes preparing progress dashboards, KPIs, management reports, variance analyses, and executive summaries in line with ADNOC reporting requirements. The role requires strong coordination across multidisciplinary teams, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a high level of accuracy in project performance reporting.

Requirements:

1)    A bachelor’s degree in engineering is a MUST.
2)    Minimum Overall 18+ years of experience in execution of FEED / EPC contracts in the Oil & Gas industry with minimum 5 year’s experience in GCC region
3)    Having minimum 5+ years of previous experience working in similar position for international major Oil & Gas EPC projects.
4)    Having previous experience in handling ADNOC Projects will be an added advantage.
