Job Summary
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for contingent workforce and staffing requirements across the India market.
- Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates for technical and professional roles while maintaining strong delivery metrics.
- Partner closely with recruiting managers and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client hiring demands.
- Mentor, coach, and assist in training recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
- Drive recruiting process improvements to enhance candidate experience, recruiter productivity, and hiring outcomes.
- Manage candidate offer negotiations, notice period discussions, and offer acceptance processes to improve joining ratios.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping strategies.
- Track recruiting performance metrics, identify delivery gaps, and implement action plans to improve team performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with recruiting processes, documentation, and hiring standards.
- Stay informed on India hiring trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive market conditions.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in contingent workforce recruiting, staffing delivery, or talent acquisition within the India market.
- Proven experience leading recruiting delivery efforts in high-volume or fast-paced staffing environments.
- Strong hands-on recruiting experience across technical, IT, engineering, or professional staffing domains.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, training, or supporting junior recruiters and recruiting teams.
- Strong understanding of India hiring practices, notice periods, compensation negotiations, and offer management strategies.
- Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and recruiting tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities while maintaining quality and delivery timelines
