What you’ll be doing:
- Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their bespoke recruitment journey
- Attending and leading attraction events to raise candidate awareness of Army careers and working with educational providers to promote awareness of careers within the Army
- Assessing, interpreting and reporting data
- Managing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining awareness of current market trends to inform all recruitment activities
- Using the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidates
What we’re looking for:
- Commercial knowledge/experience, would be ideal
- Strong administration skills
- Stakeholder management with strong relationship building experience
- A self-starter, with a driven and motivated attitude
- Experienced in working to set targets and following processes
- Strong negotiator with people influencing skills
