- Lead a team of 4-8 recruiters, implementing data-driven performance management
- Carry a req load while managing team performance and upward reporting
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and increase team efficiency
- Provide coaching and mentorship to elevate your team's productivity and effectiveness
- Manage ATS, Greenhouse, and all internal job postings, implementing best practices and monitoring daily
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels including direct outreach, job boards, social media, and referral networks
- Partner with the leadership team and hiring managers to align on hiring targets
- 5-8+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in both agency and in house
- Proven track record of managing 4+ recruiters for at least two years
- Demonstrated success in high-volume, outbound-heavy recruiting environments
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities and consultative communication style
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
- Strong analytical mindset for tracking metrics and optimizing recruitment processes
- Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Able to work a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week in our Nashville office and located within 75 minutes of the office
