This position requires strong technical expertise in Electrical & Electronics systems, combined with experience in project coordination, quality management, and continuous process improvement within Automotive, Electric Vehicle (EV), or related industries.
- Lead quality assurance and validation activities for Electrical & Electronics systems.
- Develop and continuously improve testing processes, quality standards and validation procedures.
- Plan and coordinate testing activities, ensuring project milestones, quality objectives and resource utilization are achieved.
- Analyze quality issues, identify causes and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Quality, Testing or Validation within the Electrical & Electronics, Automotive or EV industry.
- Proven experience leading quality or testing activities, including project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong understanding of product validation, quality management and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Good English communication skills for technical discussions and collaboration with global stakeholders.
Skills Required
