The Opportunity...
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating incoming leads, identifying high-quality opportunities, and ensuring they are properly routed to the appropriate sales team members. This role is critical to optimizing the sales funnel and driving business growth. The job is not limited to Lead Qualification. As a Sales Development Representative, you may be required to work on various programs within the company based on the business needs.

How You'll Contribute...

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and other channels.

  • Conduct initial outreach to assess lead interest, fit, and readiness to buy.

  • Use lead scoring criteria to prioritize and categorize leads.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.

  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity and conversion metrics.

What We're Looking For...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, call center, customer service, or a related field (preferred but not required)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Bonus Points...

  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.

  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and SaaS business models.

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
